Welcome! I'm Shelley and I'm glad you are here.

I was headed to be a Physical Therapist when a different path came to light in my last year of college, which still allowed me to apply what I had learned when I had volunteered.

I've been doing massage since 1996. 

I’m passionate about what I do and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.

My treatments have evolved to be a more profound combination of therapeutic massage and energy work that are specifically tailored to the needs of each client. I am detailed and thorough in my approach that is both therapeutic and relaxing.
