What does my tag line "Science and Spirituality Expressed" mean?
The "Science" aspect refers to the physiology of the body. Working with the physical body (bones, muscle, tissue, organs) and what it presents with tension, stress, and pain responses.
The "Spirituality" aspect refers to our energy body, our soul. The part of us that isn't a mass of tissue, bones, organs, and muscle! It is who we are first and "human" second. YET, they work symbiotically together and one affects the other. Based on your body's needs, depends on the combination of massage and energy work that presents itself to bring you into relaxation and balance while connecting the "human" you, to the "Spiritual" You.

BIOENERGY HEALING
Everything is energy no matter its form and it travels any distance in a speck of time.
How many times have you thought of someone you know and in the next moment or short span of time, they call?
Or, they've been on your mind for a while only to find out you've been on their mind too!
It's also the "first impressions" you get with someone. They are usually accurate, aren't they!?
Ever get that feeling when you think of someone that you just know something's wrong?
THAT.IS.ENERGY. Nothing woo-woo about it. It's natural e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e in the Universe.
With that being said, we can help heal ailments and pain by working with the body's energy field. I use certain hand moves and hand positions to evaluate the body's energy field and to work with the energy that needs rebalancing. This can be done in person or even remotely.
In-Person is done with the client standing, sitting, or lying down, fully clothed.
Not invasive and the body isn't touched much if at all, as I work with the energy "field" mainly.
Sometimes I will need to hold certain areas. ie: head, feet, knee, hand, etc.
Remotely requires an in-person session beforehand.
Helps any areas or ailments giving you pain or imbalance from stomach issues, sprains, bursitis, tennis elbow, arthritis, frozen shoulder, depression, stress, neuropathy and much more...

ENERGY BODYWORK
If you look at the human body and every living thing at the most fundamental levels, you see nothing but energy. Scientific proof continues to reveal that over the last 100 years and still going!
Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force" and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health.
Anytime you experience mental, physical, or emotional stress/illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced.
I listen to your body and follow the flow as it unwinds tension and imbalances.
Hands may not always be on the body.
Done fully clothed. Can also be done remotely.
Very relaxing and many experience a deeper relaxation than massage. A must try if you haven't before!
